Running

As a runner myself, I know and believe that jogging is a great way to relieve stress and also burn some extra calories, keeping yourself healthy and in good shape. You don't have to run far, just a quick jog could do it. The feeling of a soft breeze brushing your hair back, or the constant beat that your feet make as they hit the pavement, taking you farther and farther away from your problems. You can run in silence or with music. I prefer to run alone, but it's always nice to have a partner to push your physical limits. It hurts as you're running, but you feel so much better when you're done(:
